I started Personal Training by Emily after years of yo-yo dieting taught me the hard way that restriction never lasts. Now I help women train smart, eat in a way they can keep up, and feel at home in their bodies.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. I write your plan around whatever you have, whether that's a full gym, a couple of dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight.

I'm vegan. Will the nutrition work for me?

Absolutely. Plant-based and vegetarian eating is something I coach every day, with macro targets and meal ideas built around how you actually eat.

How do the check-ins work?

Each week you send through your stats, photos and any training videos. I review everything, give feedback on your form, and adjust your plan so you keep progressing.

What if I travel or have a busy week?

Real life is part of the plan. We build in flexibility, swap sessions, and keep you moving forward without the all-or-nothing trap.

How long is the commitment?
